Job Description And Duties
Under general supervision of the Director, the incumbent will work as a technical lead within the Department of Justice (DOJ), Division of Law Enforcement (DLE), Bureau of Gambling Control (BGC) in support of the organization’s complex environment which involves the full lifecycle of end-user device solutions evaluation, configuration, provisioning, training, security, tracking, and support of an end-user computing environment.

Under general supervision of the Director, the incumbent will work as a technical lead within the Department of Justice (DOJ), Division of Law Enforcement (DLE), Bureau of Gambling Control (BGC) in support of the organization’s complex environment which involves the full lifecycle of end-user device solutions evaluation, configuration, provisioning, training, security, tracking, and support of an end-user computing environment.
The duties require the ITS to use initiative and independence, be reliable, and complete the work in a timely manner. The incumbent will maintain daily interaction and contact with BGC clients that require the ITS to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. The incumbent will act as a liaison between the Bureau of Gambling Control (BGC) staff and Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
