* Job Description:

** Technical Lead Apex Systems | Telecommunications Deployment Support Overview Apex  Systems is seeking Technical Leads to support telecommunications deployment, stakeholder communications, scheduling coordination, and migration readiness activities for a major California public sector modernization initiative.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
* Minimum five (5) years of technology project experience.
* Minimum three (3) years in a leadership or coordination role.
* Experience supporting technology deployment programs.
* Experience managing schedules and coordinating stakeholders.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* Telecommunications deployment experience.
* IP networking experience.
* NG911 program exposure.
* VoIP or carrier migration experience.
* Public safety communications projects.
* Government sector experience.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate migration schedules and stakeholder communications.
* Support testing and deployment activities.
* Track project activities and maintain status updates.
* Facilitate scheduling meetings and bridge calls.
* Maintain project documentation and communication logs.
* Coordinate with vendor teams and operational stakeholders.
* Assist with readiness planning and issue resolution.
