Position Requirements
- Detect, diagnose and resolve or escape system issues arising within the system architecture including system hardware, storage hardware, operating systems, as well as commercial off the shelf and vendor applications.
- Monitor and report system security, performance and events utilizing system monitoring tools.
- Apply patches and updates to infrastructure components during maintenance releases as required.
- Prioritizes work assignments; responds to and resolves issues requests via a ticketing system.
The salary for this position is between $100,000 - $105,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
