IT Systems Support Specialist

Our client, a government agency specializing in public services, is seeking a IT Systems Support Specialist contractor to join their team. As a IT Systems Support Specialist contractor, you will be part of the IT Department supporting SAP-related projects and payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:** $48.00 to $50.00 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Support and maintain SAP ERP ABAP development and programming in ECC environment

+ Collaborate with team members to develop and optimize SAP modules and workflows

+ Assist in tuning application components for enhanced performance and efficiency

+ Document solutions and provide training support to team members with less experience

+ Engage with business stakeholders to present solutions and gather requirements

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

+ Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP ABAP development and programming in ECC

+ Knowledge of Web Dynpro ABAP, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, Workflows, Adobe Forms, Smartforms, SAP Script, and ABAP on HANA

+ Ability to optimize application performance and work independently or as part of a team

+ Strong documentation skills and willingness to support team training
