Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
, while leading cross-functional teams and engaging business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT Project Management experience.
- 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects.
- Experience managing teams of 7-10+ technical resources.
- Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting:
- 5,000-7,000 internal users
- ,000 external users
- 5-7 million+ records
- Service Cloud
- Community Cloud/Experience Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Agile/Scrum
- SDLC
- Risk & Stakeholder Management
- Project Planning & Delivery
- Experience coordinating Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Mule Soft.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Architect).
- Project Management Institute PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
- Experience managing large customer or citizen portal implementations.
