SBM is seeking an IT, Implementation, and Support Technician I to provide first-line end-user IT support for SBM employees, locally and remotely. You will handle tickets, perform device deployments, and assist with 4insite platform deployments, including on-site visits up to 20%.
Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or two years of related experience;
