Senior Business Analyst – Public Sector Applications

The Business Analyst will partner with agency stakeholders, product owners, developers, and project leadership to gather requirements, analyze business processes, document user stories, facilitate backlog prioritization, and support full software lifecycle delivery of a cloud-based regulatory reporting platform.

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst on IT projects valued at $1M+
• Experience with:
  • Business requirements gathering
  • Process modeling
  • User stories
  • Functional specifications
  • UAT support
• 3+ years supporting  development projects valued at $1M+
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience supporting at least one full SDLC implementation

• Government regulatory systems
• Salesforce, Service Now, or custom workflow platforms
• CBAP Certification
• Data/reporting project experience
