The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Program Coordinator— a Type A operator who thrives on getting things done and loves making order out of chaos. This is a “give me the ball and I’ll run through walls” role.

You’ll work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (5X founder, 2X exits + 1X IPO) and take on high-impact projects for the CEO (multi-time founder with 9-figure exits)—gaining access to the highest levels of execution, entrepreneurship, and brand building.

You’ll manage fast-moving projects, bring creative ideas to life, and interface with high-profile partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the right hand to the CMO, supporting campaigns, program management, and project execution.
• Triage and run point on external communications, coordinating with vendors, influencers, media, partners, and stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with product, content, partnerships, and growth teams.
• Drive efficiency, automation, and develop internal workflows.

Based in Sacramento, CA (In-person with hybrid flexibility)

Occasional travel required (team offsites, partner activations, live content capture, corp dev meetings)

Compensation

Estimated Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000/year + equity + benefits
