Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) to work in-store, diagnose and repair computers and devices, and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will troubleshoot issues, follow procedures, and collaborate with other Agents to resolve requests, both in person and over the phone.
You will handle repairs with strong technical skills, maintain documentation, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge.
