Please follow the link for more information regarding the 2025 Personal Leave program.  We are looking for a highly technical individual who is well versed in Microsoft Power Shell, has recent in-depth experience supporting Windows OS & Microsoft Office products, and has working level understanding of networks and personal computing hardware.

The Specialist must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and work well as a team player. Our mission is to support enterprise personal computer systems, and users who rely on those systems, to accomplish their required business objectives. Your work directly impacts the success of the Franchise Tax Board's (FTB) mission and helps Californians meet their tax obligations, which in turn funds the majority of programs that support all Californians.

• Work independently on highly complex technical and time sensitive issues and projects.
• Lead or participate as a technical support expert on personal computing systems.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams across the enterprise.
