Are you an experienced HCM Technology Analyst with strong hands‑on experience in SAP Success Factors, EC Payroll, and/or WFS/ADP Time & Attendance
?
We’re looking for a SAP Success Factor Consultant to join the HCM technology team.
ONSITE ROLEWhat You’ll Do- Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of SAP Success Factors, Payroll, and WFS/ADP Time & Attendance solutions.
- Develop functional designs and technical specifications.
- Manage system upgrades, integrations, outages, and complex troubleshooting.
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and user experience.
- Serve as a technical consultant and help build HCM platform expertise across the team.
- Identify and implement industry best practices, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Support enterprise application enhancements, optimization, reporting, and project initiatives.
- Work closely with SMEs, business teams, and technology partners to deliver effective solutions.
- Strong experience designing and configuring SAP Success Factors, EC Payroll, and/or WFS/ADP Time & Attendance applications.
- Experience with enterprise HCM systems and business process analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with system testing, upgrades, integrations, and implementation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
