Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator Position Overview
Seeking a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, tracking, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have PMP or CSM certification
, Agile experience, and preferably Healthcare/Healthcare IT experience
.
- Support project planning, scheduling, execution, and tracking.
- Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate meetings, action items, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and documentation.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
- Use Jira Align to track projects, features, milestones, dependencies, and delivery status.
- Prepare project status reports and stakeholder presentations.
- Coordinate requirements, testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Escalate project risks, issues, and delays to the Project Manager.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- PMP or CSM certification.
- 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Junior Project Management, or PMO
. - Experience with Agile/Scrum
. - Experience with project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira Align
. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector projects.
