KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities :- Take ownership of specific client-facing public sector work streams, applying analytical processes to technology projects, business systems analysis, and product management
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
- Conduct user/customer research and business systems analysis, presenting findings effectively to ensure delivery alignment, long-term client trust, and transformational success
- Provide hands-on support and execution for Organizational Change Management (OCM) and training initiatives, including developing training curricula and driving user adoption strategies.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies, tools, and intellectual capital related to public sector technology delivery and change management.
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience in consulting, product management, or business systems analysis
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required
- Must reside in the Sacramento region (or be willing to relocate) as a self-starter ready to provide immediate, on-site, billable impact on the State of California account
- Solid baseline understanding of California state government dynamics and a demonstrated ability to navigate public sector operations
- Experience supporting business transformation or technology initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, user research, and project management methodologies
- Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and leading conversations and creating stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
- Travel as necessary
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
