Contract Duration: 2-year base term with two optional 1-year extensions

Required Qualifications The ideal candidate should have:

At least 1 year of experience in usability testing with knowledge of programming languages, development platforms, troubleshooting, reporting, and communication skills.
A Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification (additional qualifying experience may substitute for education requirements).
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting testing activities within healthcare systems.
Minimum 3 years of experience in functional, integration, regression testing, and defect lifecycle management.
Minimum 3 years of experience developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
Minimum 3 years of experience documenting testing findings and defects.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

Testing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and integrations with pharmacy, laboratory, billing, document management, or other ancillary applications.
Testing implementations across multiple locations.
Accessibility (ADA) testing.
Test automation frameworks and tools.
Industry-standard test management tools such as JIRA.
Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Business Analysts, SMEs, and end users.
