What you will be doing:

• Order medical records

• Draft complaints

• Propound discovery & put together discovery shells

• Schedule depositions

• Calendar management

• E-file at the state level

What you must have:

• Civil litigation experience

• Knowledge of state and local civil procedures, court rules and deadlines

• Trial support experience a plus, not req’d

• Bilingual in any language a plus, not req’d

Salary/Rate Range: $80,000 – $90,000
