Location: Onsite for training, hybrid flexibility to be determined after training
Our client is seeking an experienced appellate litigation professional with at least 2 years of experience to support a busy practice focused on constitutional property rights, real estate, land use, and construction litigation. This role is ideal for someone with a legal secretary background who wants more paralegal‑level work, or a paralegal comfortable handling some secretarial duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar deadlines, hearings, and appellate‑related dates
- Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate filings
- Conduct extensive legal research
- Assist with discovery and document preparation
- Support attorneys with case management and workflow coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of appellate litigation experience
- Strong research, drafting, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite during training, with potential for increased remote flexibility
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting a high‑level litigation practice
