As a Customer Fulfillment Coordinator Senior within our Customer Fulfillment team, you will play a key role in ensuring the best possible availability of Sanofi products for patients and customers throughout France. Ready to get started?

Within Manufacturing & Supply, you will contribute to rethinking how life-changing treatments reach patients, everywhere and faster. Based in France, you will join the Customer Fulfillment team of the Global Supply Chain, responsible for the availability of the entire product portfolio (generic and specialty medicines, vaccines) in France, including overseas departments and regions.

• Monitor and report on malfunctions related to order processing (pending orders, blockages, flow anomalies) and ensure proactive communication with relevant stakeholders.

• Drive operational performance: track and comment on key indicators (service level, stock-out rate, orders without manual intervention, dispute rates, distribution costs), alert in case of deviation, and propose corrective actions.

• Prepare and lead Sales & Operations Execution steering meetings: ensure that decisions made are correctly implemented and that system settings are up to date.

• Ensure proper communication of product availability information to customers, in coordination with customer relationship teams.

• Prepare and lead meetings on stock and supply follow-up (Stock-In / Stock-Out): identify risks of shortage or tension, and propose solutions to mitigate them.

• Ensure 3-month visibility on product availability, by actively monitoring stock levels and supply flows.

• Coordinate all stakeholders (Fulfillment teams and cross-functional teams: Supply Chain, Quality, Trade…) and write and distribute meeting minutes.

• Experience:
  
  Experience in a supply chain environment, order management, or customer service, ideally in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sector.

• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities; comfortable with operational data and performance indicators.

• Animation and Communication:
  Ability to prepare and lead meetings, communicate clearly in writing and orally, and write structured meeting minutes.

• Tools and Systems:
  Good knowledge of SAP; proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Savoir-faire:
  Team spirit, proactivity, listening skills, ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment, and to advocate for patients.

• Languages:
  
  Fluent French; professional English (operational level required).
