VP of Supply Chain

Butcher Power Products, a Fresno-based manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission products, seeks a VP of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end planning, sourcing, production flow, and distribution. You will own demand planning, S&OP, inventory strategy, supplier management, and logistics to support engineered and custom solutions for agricultural, industrial, and commercial customers. Partnering closely with operations, engineering, and sales, you will drive cost, quality, and on-time delivery while building a practical, hands-on team focused on reliability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
