Retail Product Coordinator

• Oversee all stages of the production pipeline, from raw materials to finished products for retail, wholesale, online, and markets.
• Assign, prioritize, and adjust tasks daily based on deadlines, restocks, wholesale orders, and market schedules.
• Collaborate with leadership and other team leads on product launches, inventory planning, and production timelines.
• Ensure product quality and consistency across all platforms.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or supply needs.
• Manage flow of products into and out of production efficiently.
• Troubleshoot production delays and workflow challenges.

• Pack and ship orders across Shopify, Etsy, Faire, Free People, and retail outlets.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Service & Support Manager to handle customer inquiries, shipping issues, returns, replacements, and wholesale questions.
• Maintain order tracking, update internal timelines, and log notes in Shopify and spreadsheets.
• Support the Retail Operations Coordinator with inventory reporting and market prep.

• Coordinate monthly market schedules, product displays, and staffing.
• Plan for seasonal peaks, major launches, and inventory build-ups.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and adjust planning to meet deadlines.
• Maintain spreadsheets and systems for product tracking, inventory, and market prep.

• Provide guidance, training, and feedback to production team members.
• Step in to assist production during high-volume periods.
• Refine and implement systems to improve production efficiency.
• Maintain brand quality standards and ensure adherence across the team.

• 2+ years coordinating multiple people, timelines, or projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing teams or shared responsibilities.
• Strong prioritization skills in high-demand, deadline-driven environments.
• Detail-oriented with experience in quality control and consistency.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for both internal and customer-facing contexts.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking systems for workflow and inventory management.
• Ability to anticipate production issues and solve problems independently.

• Experience with artisan products, retail, or wholesale operations.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Etsy, Faire, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in a creative small business or high-volume production environment.
