Summary

Under the direction of the Shop Supervisor, the Shop Hand will assist in various shop departments including packaging, painting, grinding, testing, receiving and general shop task as assigned by the shop supervisor, upkeep of the shop including daily and monthly shop maintenance of shop materials and equipment.

Responsibilities of the Shop Hand / Driver include, but are not limited to:

• Assist Service Manager
• Assist Service Technicians
• Deliver Parts to the Field Technicians
• Load and Unload Delivery Trucks with Forklift
• Organize and clean shop and facility
• Other miscellaneous duties within the facility
• Requires wearing steel toed boots
• PPE will be provided
• This is an introductory position

Qualifications of the Shop Hand / Driver include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to pass a drug screen, physical and lift assessment and background check
• Acceptable driving record according to company guidelines

Additional Information

Pay rate : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour ( DOE )

Physical Demand: Lift up to 50lbs

Working Conditions: On the road and in the shop

Training/Certifications: N/A

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

Travel: Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines.
