• Clean carpets and floors, including stripping and pressure washing in commercial buildings within the Sacramento region.
• Wash windows and perform other floor‑care tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash.
• Work as part of a team that values your contribution.

• Commercial floor and carpet care experience.
• Employment references.
• Clean driving record.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Physical:
  Able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear. Able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
