* * On Site Only – Jackson Rd. Sacramento, CA
** SCHEDULE
* * Monday
- Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexible based on weather)
** About the Position...
** This position's primary responsibility is oversight for the day-to-day operations of all Jackson property facilities including all facility related repairs, special projects, subcontractor management, and maintenance requirements. This position also manages our transportation/fleet vehicles.
** You’ll be responsible for...
*** Plan and conduct all repair and installation activities for multiple commercial and residential buildings, including a commercial kitchen, two campus residences, and a children’s program, etc.
* Ensure that designated buildings and facilities are fit for purpose and provide proactive support/solutions when required
* Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality
* Oversee, maintain, and inspect all buildings on property
* Collect quotes, make recommendations, hire and oversee outside services if necessary
* Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities
* Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
* Supervise upkeep staff (custodians, gardeners, pest, etc.), vendors, and subcontractors
* Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
* Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
* Work professionally and collaboratively with Saint John's staff and residents

Transportation/Fleet Management  
* Maintain accurate records of our fleet of vehicles
* Coordinate maintenance and repair of all fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in working order
* Work with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the fleet is properly insured and registered
