Pay Rate: $85K - $115K
Responsibilities- Manage financial performance for assigned properties, including budgets, reporting, and expense approvals.
- Interpret leases and vendor contracts to determine billing and operational responsibilities.
- Resolve tenant billing issues, including CAM reconciliations and direct expense charges.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventative maintenance programs are followed.
- Partner with facilities teams and vendors to maintain asset quality and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with fire, ADA, and other safety or regulatory codes.
- Serve as primary contact for tenant concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Respond to security and fire alarm notifications for assigned properties.
- Lead, mentor, and support Assistant Property Managers and junior property staff.
- Support additional projects and duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of progressive property management experience
. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. - Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands effectively.
- Real Estate License and/or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
- 4–5 years of hands‑on property management experience.
- 4+ years of commercial real estate experience.
- Experience improving or implementing operational processes.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Experience with property management systems such as Yardi (preferred),
MRI
, or SAP
.
