Pay Rate: $85K - $115K

Responsibilities
  • Manage financial performance for assigned properties, including budgets, reporting, and expense approvals.
  • Interpret leases and vendor contracts to determine billing and operational responsibilities.
  • Resolve tenant billing issues, including CAM reconciliations and direct expense charges.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventative maintenance programs are followed.
  • Partner with facilities teams and vendors to maintain asset quality and operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with fire, ADA, and other safety or regulatory codes.
  • Serve as primary contact for tenant concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Respond to security and fire alarm notifications for assigned properties.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Assistant Property Managers and junior property staff.
  • Support additional projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive property management experience
    .
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands effectively.
Preferred
  • Real Estate License and/or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
  • 4–5 years of hands‑on property management experience.
  • 4+ years of commercial real estate experience.
  • Experience improving or implementing operational processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Experience with property management systems such as Yardi (preferred),
    MRI
    , or SAP
    .
