You will directly support the Head of PMO and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Siemens Mobility facilities.

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution

  • Oversee the execution of construction projects, including brownfield/greenfield builds, renovations, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure alignment with PMO standards, internal processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate integrated planning with engineering, operations, logistics, program management, and external partners.
Collaborator Engagement
  • Serve as a primary liaison among internal clients, external vendors, agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations through timely reporting, meetings, and presentations.
  • Represent Siemens Mobility’s priorities and interests across multi‑agency and industry forums.
Vendor & Procurement Management
  • Lead the RFP process, from development through vendor evaluation and selection.
  • Handle vendor onboarding and ongoing contractor oversight to ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.
  • Issue procurement requisitions and partner closely with finance and accounting on budgeting and project controls.
PMO Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Support PMO initiatives by contributing to project ideation, planning processes, and portfolio coordination.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, maintain documentation, and deliver comprehensive project closeouts.
  • Guide project teams in problem‑solving, methodology selection, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; preference for project management or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management, including brownfield/greenfield developments.
  • 7+ years leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, logistics, and program management.
  • 7+ years of experience with project management and estimating tools such as Procore, Primavera, MS Suite, RSMeans, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to run multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Validated experience developing project plans, budgets, schedules, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence partners, and drive projects to successful completion.
