Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Clinical Program Manager (LCSW) for our client, a highly regarded non-profit organization in Sacramento, California! This is a wonderful full-time, direct-hire position with a comprehensive benefits package.What you’ll be doing: Lead and implement clinical programs aligned with organizational philosophy, evidence-based practices, and regulatory standards.
Direct daily operational, administrative, and clinical functions to support residential and community-based mental health services.
Oversee client intake, assessments, treatment planning, case management, crisis response, and discharge coordination.
Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and confirm services are appropriate, accessible, and responsive to individual client needs, including accommodations for disabilities.
Monitor service quality, documentation, and compliance with state, federal, and contractual requirements.
Supervise, coach, and support clinical staff, including performance management, professional development, and corrective action when needed.
Manage staffing functions such as hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training compliance, and timesheet approval within budget parameters.
Partner with leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate program goals, policies, procedures, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Serve as a liaison with internal teams, community partners, external providers, and funding entities to ensure coordinated service delivery.
Prepare reports, facilitate clinical meetings and utilization reviews, participate in required trainings and external meetings, and support broader agency initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
A Master’s degree is required
Must possess a valid California Driver’s License.
Knowledge of standard and acceptable clinical principles and best practice including the provision of mental health and child protection services, treatment, and the multi-disciplinary approach to treatment.
Possession of a valid California LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychology License.
1 years’ experience in a clinical setting working with children is preferred.
Compensation:
This position offers a salary range of $95,000-$100,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package!
