** Executive Producer, Global Events
** is a strategic role, that will assist with shaping the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of a portfolio of key global events, This position will play a leadership role in Suite World (Tier 1 flagship conference) as a core strategic driver contributing to program strategy, executive communications, reporting, and leadership-facing readiness to ensure the event delivers against business priorities, attendee experience goals, and measurable ROI.
In addition, the Executive Producer will serve as the event lead for approximately three Suite Connect (Tier
2) events, owning strategy and execution in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners.

* + Work with the Head of Net Suite Events and the Executive Producer Team to develop and drive the overall vision, strategy, and objectives for a portfolio of global events, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business growth targets.
+ Lead the program management for the event-guiding all phases from conceptualization and design through planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
+ Convene and cascade strategic direction to multi-disciplinary teams (operations, creative, content, marketing, and external partners) for event delivery, acting as the central point of accountability.
+ Collaborate closely with executives and stakeholders to define event goals, success metrics, and KPI frameworks; ensure event outcomes are measured and analyzed for continuous improvement.
+ Manage the event's budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships, driving fiscal responsibility and operational excellence.
+ Identify and capitalize on opportunities for event innovation and differentiation, leveraging industry best practices and new technologies to enhance the attendee experience.
+ Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and drive decision-making-operating with confidence in fast-moving, highly visible environments.

* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ 7+ years of event marketing, event management, or related experience
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
+ Strong executive presence with the ability to craft clear, concise leadership communications and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
+ Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
+ Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments, demonstrating poise and flexibility amidst change and ambiguity
+ Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
+ Willingness to travel to events as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends (approximately 15-20% travel)

Hiring Range in USD from $33.94 to $67.88 per hour; from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
