Key Responsibilities Oversee all Default Administration departments, including Collections, Loss Mitigation, and Foreclosure/Bankruptcy Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance delinquency cure rates and optimize Default pipeline performance Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications , Training and Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field required Master's Degree in a business-related field preferred Minimum 10+ years of progressive mortgage loan servicing experience required 7+ years of direct leadership experience in Default, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, and/or Bankruptcy operations required Experience managing through regulatory examinations and investor audits required
