MG Properties is seeking an experienced General Manager for our beautiful property, E16-H16 Apartments located in Sacramento, CA. This person will be directly accountable for all property operations, overseeing staff, daily operations, and marketing while maximizing long-term net operating income.

This role includes managing on-site property operations, supervising employees, developing and managing budgets, leading marketing initiatives, and ensuring high resident satisfaction.

• 5+ years of on‑site property management experience.
• Supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong team‑building and effective management skills.
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, and sales.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

• $75,000‑$88,000 annual DOE.
• Monthly and performance‑based incentive bonuses.
• Accrues 10 days paid time off per year.
