Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located at a community near Arden Arcade in Sacramento, CA. As a Community Manager, you will oversee property operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance. Daily tasks include handling tenant relations, supervising site staff, managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires proactive communication, innovative problem-solving, and effective leadership to uphold community standards and meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years as a manager at an apartment community greater than 75 units, California-specific experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and financial skills, including budgeting, reporting, and operational cost management
  • Leadership and team management capabilities for supervising staff and ensuring a collaborative work environment
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills for resident engagement and issue resolution
  • Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AIRM) and familiarity with applicable state and local regulations
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and workflow management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
