In this role, you will oversee a team of managers and analysts, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to specifications. You will lead an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects with accuracy and efficiency, delegating tasks based on expertise and time constraints.

- Delegate work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
- Lead an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
- Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly.
- Conduct cost analysis and estimate expected costs for the project.
- Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.
- Conduct risk assessments and report identified risks to management with recommendations for mitigation.
- Address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project.
- Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
- Communicate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Procore.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project).
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
- A minimum of three years of preconstruction phase management experience or five years of experience in construction management.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications.
