to lead and develop a team of plumbing service technicians in Sacramento. • Manage and lead a team of 3–5 plumbing service technicians
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and support technicians to meet performance goals

• Drive sales performance by setting goals, tracking metrics, and motivating the team
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
