We are seeking an empathetic, strategic, and adaptive Chief Finance and Administrative Officer (CFAO) to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team. This role provides executive oversight of the organization’s financial health, administrative operations, and long‑term sustainability.
The CFAO will play a critical role in guiding a growing, mission‑driven organization of approximately 57 employees, supporting both day‑to‑day operational excellence and long‑range strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with a proven ability to stabilize teams, coach principled leadership across diverse staff, and translate complex financial information into clear, compelling storytelling that drives alignment and action.
This leader will also help steward $26M+ in investments and organizational reserves, ensuring strong financial stewardship in support of community impact.
