Motive Power is seeking a high-performing Manager to lead strategic client engagements and contribute to firm growth. This role is designed for top-tier consultants ready for expanded responsibility, executive exposure, and accelerated advancement. Managers at Motive Power operate with meaningful ownership — leading engagements, advising senior stakeholders, and contributing to account growth — while partnering closely with firm leadership.
This is a high-visibility role with a clear path toward senior leadership based on performance.
What You’ll Do Strategic Client Leadership- Lead consulting engagements focused on transformation, performance improvement, and operational strategy
- Advise senior stakeholders and present actionable recommendations
- Define scope, shape solutions, and drive measurable outcomes
- Ensure delivery excellence across quality, timeline, and financial performance
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Support proposal development, solution design, and pricing discussions
- Strengthen executive client relationships that drive repeat business
- Lead and develop consulting teams across multiple work streams
- Mentor consultants and help shape firm capabilities
- Drive accountability and high-performance standards
- 6–10 years of consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated record of top-tier performance
- Experience leading engagements and managing senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of engagement economics
- Executive presence and exceptional communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset

The anticipated wage range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 per year based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and qualification. In addition to base pay, Motive Power offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with company match, flexible spending accounts, and a $2,500 towards a fully electric EV, plus more.
