Kelly Engineering is hiring Pharmaceutical Maintenance Technicians for a direct-hire opportunity with a pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Sacramento, CA 📍

This role is designed for technicians who enjoy being hands-on with real pharma equipment in a sterile production environment
. You’ll be supporting process and fill/finish equipment that keeps manufacturing moving. This is not a facilities-only maintenance role.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of the maintenance team responsible for keeping critical manufacturing equipment running, including:

• Fill/finish equipment (vial, bag, PFS)
• Autoclaves and isolators
• Formulation and filtration systems

Your day-to-day will include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting equipment startups, all while working in a GMP-regulated environment where quality and reliability matter.

• Keep critical manufacturing equipment running, including fill/finish equipment (vial, bag, PFS), autoclaves and isolators, and formulation and filtration systems.
• Troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting equipment startups in a GMP-regulated environment where quality and reliability matter.

• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong preference for 4–6 years of pharma maintenance experience
• Direct experience working with process or fill/finish equipment
• Comfort working in GMP environments and following SOPs

Hourly Pay Range is between $26-$32/hr
