Summary

We’re looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam. This role also involves machine setup, operation, and supporting production through precision programming and efficient tooling solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and modify CNC programs using Mastercam for mills and routers
  • Setup and operate CNC machines, adjusting settings as needed
  • Convert CAD/CAM toolpaths into machine‑ready code using post processors
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Design and machine custom fixtures and tooling
  • Edit and fine‑tune G‑code for improved performance
  • Reverse engineer parts to create accurate CNC programs
  • Assist with machine maintenance and basic repairs
  • Create production‑ready PDFs and setup documentation
  • Train team members on equipment and procedures
  • Maintain quality control records and setup sheets
  • Continuously improve run times, material usage, and scrap reduction
Requirements
  • Proven experience with CNC CAD/CAM programming (Mastercam preferred)
  • Strong understanding of machine operations, tooling, and setups
  • Familiarity with G‑code editing and precision measuring tools
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs
  • Solid math skills, including geometry and basic algebra
