- Own full P&L and end-to-end plant operations, driving safety, quality, yield, and service while meeting aggressive production and cost targets.
- Lead and develop multi-department teams across manufacturing, maintenance, procurement, and logistics through clear priorities and disciplined execution.
- On-site position near Sacramento, CA - $130-150K base salary + great benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across production, maintenance, quality, procurement, and logistics
- Translate demand forecasts into efficient production plans using ERP and BI tools
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across yield, cost, uptime, and labor efficiency
- Build, coach, and retain high-performing leadership and production teams
- Own facility budgets, cost controls, and margin improvement initiatives
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and capital improvements
- Partner with sales and supply chain to meet customer and market demands
- Associate degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years leading manufacturing or plant operations
- Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills
- Experience in regulated food or industrial manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, safety standards, and continuous improvement principles
- ERP and data-driven decision-making experience required
- Spanish language skills a plus
