Terminal Operator – proactive and skilled operator who manages terminal operations, ensures efficient product handling, load, shipping, and maintains the highest safety standards while performing equipment maintenance.

• Drive operational efficiency by managing and optimizing daily terminal operations for seamless logistics and customer service.
• Oversee safe and efficient loading and unloading of bulk materials, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on terminal equipment to ensure peak working condition.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards, including PPE use and OSHA compliance.
• Act as key customer contact, resolving inquiries and issues professionally.
• Collaborate with logistics team to optimize schedules and resources, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
• Assist in training new team members to elevate team performance.

• High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in welding, electrical work, or maintenance are a plus.
• Preferred experience in terminal operations or similar industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, solid understanding of safety regulations, positive solution‑oriented attitude, ability to work with customers and colleagues, and capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.

• Must wear protective equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Work in diverse environments, including outdoor industrial operations.

• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, and operating equipment as part of daily routine.
