Starting pay is $28.93/hour + shift differential.

Shift: 12-hour night shift on a rotating schedule.

• Quarterly performance bonus potential up to 11%

• Strong mechanical knowledge to work with close tolerances up to .0010
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems at our state-of-the-art, multi-technology can plant
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
• 2+ years of experience as an industrial mechanic preferred but not required
• Desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
