Compensation: $27.00 hourly
Schedule: M-F 6:00am - 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities
Complete production confirmations accuratelydailyand on time by noon ESTand completed by adeadline for all prior-week production by noon EST Mondays.
Own end-to-end material consumption, including correct quantities, SKUs, and batches.
Own control checks before, during, and after confirmation activities in SAP.
Collaborate with Planning to resolve issues related to goods receipts and ensure all materials are accurately inventoried at the time of arrival.
Investigate and resolve inventory and reporting discrepancies to ensure accurate consumption.
Validate production-related control bins daily.
Complete, execute, and deliver local and national daily KPI reporting.
Support regional warehouses, co-manufacturers, and co-packers with inventory system-to-system reconciliations and on-site validations.
Conduct audits as required.
Support resources with training on proper system corrections.
Support the full end-to-end process across any location, as required by the business.
Support Facility with purchase ordering and receiving against purchase ordering with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Work-related travel may be necessary.
Qualifications
Five or more years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge of SAP EWM preferred.
Ability to initiate process improvements through GSTDs and alternate root cause analysis tools.
Must currently be regarded as a high performer based on the most recent review.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with all Primo Brands employees and external community members.
Ability to self-manage, schedule, and perform work unsupervised in a LEAN manufacturing environment.
Strong, in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; must be able to demonstrate proficiency.
Proficient organizational and time management skills.
sa Ability to vary schedule and work overtime as needed to support internal and external counts including weekends if needed.
Highly detail-oriented and analytically minded, with a process improvement mindset.
Must display a positive attitude and be open to a fast-paced, changing work environment.
