Position Summary

Under direct supervision, plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. The position is responsible for balancing supply and demand as well as coordinating the different functions within the manufacturing plant to ensure the completion of customer orders on time in the most efficient/ productive way to meet financial targets, labor reporting, and capacity requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Plan, forecast, and schedule material needs according to production schedules. (Essential)
  • Analyze customer requirements and set production Expectations. (Essential)
  • Adjust and monitor MRP and material movement to determine if inventory levels need to be increased or decreased to meet production needs. (Essential)
  • Assess part availability to ensure correct quantities are available for production by checking material shortages, late open PO, spiked customer usages. (Essential)
  • Develop and execute production plan, identify deviations, and schedule to ensure continuous operations. (Essential)
  • Actively work closely with SOM/Sales and purchasing to eliminate shortages, long lead-times, sporadic usages by helping to increase forecast accuracy and meet OTD to customer. (Essential)
  • Monitor, Create, and Communicate the status of ECO/ECR to supply chain and production, review all open Work Orders, and make appropriate adjustments as stated per MDO. (Essential)
  • Create and manage Work Orders from start to finish, actively review wo in WIP for shortages, deviations, and drive to close. (Essential)
  • Drive continuous improvement to excel in all Key Performance Initiatives (KPIs). (Essential)
  • Maintain clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies. (Essential)
  • Comply with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential)
  • Perform other duties as assigned. (Non-Essential)

Education

High School diploma, AA or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.

Experience
  • One (1) – Four (4) years or more years of work-related experience, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems including software packages such as Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Problem solving and Critical thinking are a must
  • Organized, self-motivated team player, able to work well under pressure to meet Deadlines
  • Attention to detail and thorough follow-up skills.
  • Sufficient PC skills to manage information and to prepare reports and presentations without support.
  • Working knowledge of Supply Line Management. Working knowledge of ISO 9000 procedures and standards.
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
  • Strong relationship building skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers.
