Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (standard business hours, onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee daily operations at a small-scale manufacturing facility in West Sacramento, CA. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and leading a team in a hands-on, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in manufacturing operations.

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient and safe production
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement improvements
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs

• Enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and safety meetings
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage plant staff
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement (5S, Lean practices)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently

• Respond to operational emergencies such as equipment failures or safety incidents
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and manufacturing best practices
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, etc.)
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple functions in a small team environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work onsite in West Sacramento, CA
