Marketing Coordinator

Compensation:$55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.

Summary: We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s creative, organized, and digitally fluent to help grow our brand, support our sales teams, and bring fresh ideas to life across platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, understands digital marketing fundamentals, and wants hands-on experience making real campaigns happen.

• Launching and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Creating, scheduling, and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, and Tik Tok
• Supporting email marketing campaigns that educate, convert, and engage
• Assisting with SEO, website updates, and digital advertising initiatives
• Collaborating with loan officers and branch teams on marketing assets and branding
• Tracking performance, engagement, and campaign results using analytics tools
• Keeping our brand voice consistent, polished, and on-trend

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or 2+ years of applicable experience in a digital marketing role
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
• Creative self-motivated go-getter

• Content creation: graphics and video
• Email marketing tools and campaigns
• Google suite

• Website maintenance
