Public Relations & Communications Assistant – Entry Level

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations & Communications Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role provides hands‑on experience in community outreach, event‑based PR, and nonprofit communications
. You’ll work directly with our clients to help build awareness, engage communities, and support live events

• Represent clients at community events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
• Engage with the public to share information, promote initiatives, and inspire participation
• Assist with event setup, registration, and logistics
• Help create and distribute on‑site communications, promotional materials, and messaging
• Track attendance, engagement, and community interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and successful event execution
• Participate in training and professional development workshops

• Passionate about public relations, communications, and community engagement
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident in face‑to‑face interactions
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced event environment
• Team player but able to work independently
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available for weekends and evening events
