We are currently hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our outreach and live event teams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in customer service, nonprofit fundraising, community engagement, and event support

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to event attendees, donors, and community members
  • Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and fundraising goals
  • Assist with donor inquiries, collect feedback, and support follow-up communication
  • Support on-site event operations and attendee engagement activities
  • Distribute informational and promotional materials at community events
  • Maintain a positive and professional presence at outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution
  • Represent nonprofit partners with enthusiasm and integrity
Qualifications
  • No prior experience required – Paid training provided
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Interest in customer service, nonprofit work, fundraising, events, or community outreach
  • Flexible availability for event-based scheduling
