Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly, professional customer service to event attendees, donors, and community members
- Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and fundraising goals
- Assist with donor inquiries, collect feedback, and support follow-up communication
- Support on-site event operations and attendee engagement activities
- Distribute informational and promotional materials at community events
- Maintain a positive and professional presence at outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution
- Represent nonprofit partners with enthusiasm and integrity
- No prior experience required – Paid training provided
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
