California Disability Advocacy Conference
The Arc of California is partnering with Easterseals and United Cerebral Palsy to host their annual Dis Co at the Capitol:
California Disability Community Advocacy Conference on Tuesday, May 19, 2025, at the State Capitol in Sacramento, CA. The event attracts about 600 people in the disability community from all across the state, including many with developmental disabilities such as autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, etc. The event will include a Capitol Rally and Silent Dis Co from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
We are looking for up to 10 volunteers and we are very flexible on the amount of hours being volunteered and the tasks. We will need people to work the check-in table, to help direct parking, to work the buffet table, to set up, and to break down each day.
