Full-time Clinic Supervisor (RN) role supporting geriatric and chronic care populations through leadership, clinical oversight, and operational excellence.
Job OverviewLead clinic operations, mentor nursing staff, ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and support compassionate care for aging adults.
Requirements to Apply- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience leading nursing teams and clinic operations
- Strong scheduling, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
