- Lead daily operations in a Level III NICU
- Support staffing, workflow, and patient care coordination
- Mentor and develop nursing staff
- Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, neonatologists, and care teams
- Promote family‑centered, evidence‑based neonatal care
- BSN or MSN required
- Active California RN license
- BLS (AHA) required
- NICU certification (NICRNC) within 6 months
- NRP within 90 days
- Prior NICU or leadership experience required
