You’ll play a key leadership role in a unit dedicated to critically ill and premature infants—supporting nurses, guiding care delivery, and partnering closely with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and outcomes.

• Lead daily operations in a Level III NICU
• Support staffing, workflow, and patient care coordination
• Mentor and develop nursing staff
• Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, neonatologists, and care teams
• Promote family‑centered, evidence‑based neonatal care

• BSN or MSN required
• Active California RN license
• BLS (AHA) required
• NICU certification (NICRNC) within 6 months
• NRP within 90 days
• Prior NICU or leadership experience required
