Description
This on-site contract position offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a fast‑paced medical environment. As a PA & AP Nursing, CRNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering anesthesia services and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, developing care plans, and delivering exceptional nursing practices tailored to the needs of our patients.
Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia safely and effectively to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Conduct pre‑anesthetic assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patients throughout the surgical process to ensure their safety and comfort
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding anesthesia processes
- Stay updated on emerging anesthesia practices and technologies
- Contribute to the training and mentoring of nursing staff and students
Position Overview: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 1 year
Coverage Duration: Immediate availability for 13 weeks, with potential for extension
Practice Setting: Hospital environment
Shift Expectations: Mixed shifts required, including two weekends per month
On-Call Duty: No on-call responsibilities
Case Types: General, Spine, Neurology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Urology; no obstetrics or trauma cases
Pediatric Cases: Occur approximately monthly, primarily involving healthy patients aged 4 years and older; occasional procedures for children aged 2‑4, specifically for tympanostomy tube insertions
Team Structure: Collaborative approach with multiple providers per shift and support staff
Electronic Medical Records: EPIC system in use

Board Certification, BLS, ACLS
