** Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Midtown Oaks Post Acute
** Sacramento, CA   **$21–$23 per hour*
* ** Shifts Available: AM & PM (Full-Time / Part-Time)**### ###

** Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

** Position Summary
** The CNA provides routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans, facility policies, and direction from licensed nursing staff.### ###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
* Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, weight, intake/output)
* Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly
* Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility support
* Answer call lights and ensure resident comfort and safety
* Provide mealtime support, including feeding and documenting intake
* Maintain clean, organized, and safe resident rooms
* Document care accurately in charts and flow sheets
* Observe and report skin issues, injuries, or changes in behavior
* Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
* Follow infection control and HIPAA guidelines### ###
** Qualifications
* * Active
** CNA certification (required)
** CPR certification (preferred)   Strong communication and teamwork skills   Compassionate and patient-centered approach   Reliable and able to follow direction### ###
** Physical Requirements
*** Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents
* Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations### ###
