Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
Unit Notes Med Sol prescreens and manager will interview need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked. Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued - no middle initial or middle name.
Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.
Prior to signing the contract, the dys exam through UNA is required and must be completed within 24-48 hrs. It's pass or fail and they get 2 attempts (Test A should be assigned first, Test B should be assigned for the retake). A screenshot showing the number of attempts is required. We can accept the Relias Dys exam within the last 12mo if the traveler has previously taken.
If your traveler fails the 2nd attempt, they will be made DNU for Common Spirit AZ and Sac.

Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath (high acuity). TAVR and Mitraclip procedures. Some peripheral vascular. Chest Pain center accredited. STEMI tertiary referral center. Rotablator, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, Balloon Pump
